CATC highly values your opinion, suggestions or comments on the quality of training you have experienced with us. If you have a general suggestion, something went wrong or on the contrary everything went well and you were happy with your training or course, please leave us a message in the box below (name and email are optional so that your message can remain anonymous). If you wish to report on a specific problem you have experienced during the classroom instruction, simulator training or practical training on a plane, please use one of the following forms and send it to the Safety & Compliance Monitoring department who will be happy to deal with your feedback.
