We would like to inform you that if you lose your documents, such as certificates, attestations, and protocols, you will be charged the following fees for issuing duplicates:

Duplicates

Certificate 200Kč / 8Euro
Attestation 350Kč / 14Euro
Protocol 200Kč / 8Euro

Payment possible

At the CATC reception for no additional fees or by transfer based on the invoice, for a fee of 150 CZK / 6 EURO for one invoice /it is possible to pay for multiple duplicates for 1 person at the same time/.

Postage

A registered mail is included in the price.

In the case of an international express shipment, the final price will be determined based on the price list of the shipping company.

Copying at the reception

Copying up to 5 sheets/day free of charge, Multiple pages, but max. 10 sheets, will be charged at the reception desk at 3 CZK/1 sheet.
