Training Devices / Airbus A320 Maintenance Simulator

Airbus A320 Maintenance Simulator

Maintenance training is based on the Airbus Active Learning and Competence Focused Training (AACT) philosophy.

The classroom is equipped with

  • 1 instructor station and its projection system
  • 6 MFTDs for 12 trainees
  • 1 laptop per trainee
  • Course materials

The classroom uses Airbus simulation technology and is fully approved for training according to Annex IV, Regulation (EC) No. 1321/2014 (Part 147) by the Civil Aviation Authority of the Czech Republic.

The Maintenance Simulation Training Device (MSTD) and virtual aircraft allow students to experience all the technical work before they get to the real aircraft.

MSTD simulates real aircraft systems that are animated in real time. The virtual airplane simulates the entire aircraft (not just the cockpit) and thus it is possible to carry out virtual maintenance step by step.

Courses correspond to Part 66 level 1, 2 or 3.
