This training program is designed to familiarize the B – 737-300, 400 and 500 EFIS (B737 CL) qualified crew with the differences incorporated in B – 737-600, 700, 800 EFIS/MAP or PFD/ND equipped airplane.

Valid CPL/IR with B737/300-900 type rating with co-pilot only limitation
OR
Valid ATPL with B737/300-900 type rating
Successful completion of Conversion Course

Course overview

Duration

21 hrs.

Course structure

Classroom + CBT self-study: 17 hrs.
Practical training on FFS: 4 hrs.

Course Description

  • Theoretical Knowledge Instruction (CBT self-study and classroom sessions)
  • Emergency and Safety Equipment Training
  • Flight Simulator Training  (FFS, certification level D) – for the respective variant only
  • Each practical training is preceded by a 120 min. briefing and followed by a detailed debriefing of the instructor
  • Progress Test incorporated
